ABOUT PANKAJ KOOMAR

I break things (intentionally), fix them (usually), and build better versions (always).With a couple of years spent in the wild world of analytics, I’ve learned that numbers tell stories — especially the ones that reveal a manual workflow can be more faster if you just listen to them properly (yes, data whispers… sometimes shouts). Whether it’s building dashboards, leading MVP launches, or turning user feedback into features people actually use — I’m that person who asks,\"Why are we doing this?\". and then figures out a better way to do it.🧠 I’m driven by curiosity, fueled by endless “what-if” questions, and always up for decoding complex problems. I’ve worked with cross-functional teams, streamlined messy workflows, turned data into decisions, and dived headfirst into building ideas that (hopefully) solve real problems. Experiences and experiments shape my journey. I love learning, exploring tech, and getting my hands metaphorically dirty — sometimes literally (whiteboards are dangerous). I’ve also led volunteer teams before, so I know how to get people to work together even when pizza isn’t involved.Let’s build something people actually want. Or at least talk about how we could.
