Intend to represent an esteemed E&P Operator company with multinational progressive outlook as in-house ‘Well Cementing Adviser’ to protect & enhance the cementing integrity interests of the company through design excellence and related contractual service interests- Extensive exposure to the conventional oil & gas well cementing both in offshore & onshore. Cementing Deep Water (2500m WD) wells / HPHT Carbonate gas development wells & Ultra-HPHT cementing (450ºF/14Kpsi/21ppg) using resilient cement using stress modelling software(s). Hydro-statically under balanced Managed Pressure cementing in both DW & HPHT, Ultra-LWC cementing. Cementing across carbonate(s) with losses with new generation port collars & cementing LCM spacers. Cementing CO2 wells (HPHT), CwD wells, cementing through CT, Steam flooded Heavy Oil wells. Development & review of cementing BOD process / Documentation & Technical Assurance (TA) tools with an advanced understanding of cementing engineering using leading cementing industry software(s). Development of Cementing-IC (institutionalized Capacity) though standardization & Knowledge Transfer. Championing the technical and commercial management of Service contract & Service QAQC. Own-it-leadership in cross functional, multinational, multicultural leading O&G organizations in India, UAE, Yemen, Kuwait & Malaysia covering operations in West Africa, South America, MEA and entire Asia.
