   At High Fidelity CBT, we provide affordable, low intensity mental health care for low intensity anxiety, depression and chronic stress. Our program is an evidence based, practical, psychoeducational skills training program that offers adults struggling with mild to moderate anxiety, depression, or stress the tools they need to self-manage their mental health. It is NOT PSYCHOTHERAPY but a SKILLS TRAINING PROGRAM for self-management of mental health. Our approach is based on the cognitive model pioneered by Dr Aaron T. Beck, the father of CBT, which focuses on changing unhelpful thoughts and behaviours to improve overall mental health.
