In my previous role as a community service advocate, I had the privilege of promoting healthy food and wellness practices across various settings. From schools to corporate companies and community groups, I dedicated myself to teaching and empowering individuals to embrace healthier lifestyles. One of my passions was educating people on the benefits of microgreens, a powerful superfood. Through engaging workshops and hands-on training, I shared my knowledge and expertise on growing microgreens, making it accessible to everyone for free. Working for a not-for-profit organization, my mission was clear - to create a healthy community by inspiring individuals to make informed choices and prioritize their well-being. It was a rewarding experience to witness the positive impact we made on individuals\' lives and contribute to a healthier future for all.
