1. Software Development Engineer in Test - Ii

   Amazon

   Design and built multiple internal tools from the ground up, leveraging Amazon’s proprietary development tools, frameworks, logging systems, service orchestration platforms, and security standards. I engineered systems to intelligently process ~10 TB of device log data daily using Amazon’s internal log ingestion pipelines, custom telemetry collectors, and parsing services. The processing logic is optimized for internal log formats and metadata schemas unique to Amazon’s ecosystem.Tools enables developers and QA engineers to proactively identify and analyze error patterns occurring in customer environments—often before customers report them. This early detection allows the team to be prepared with insights and solutions in advance, ultimately leading to improved customer satisfaction scores. I created a crash investigation tool powered by Amazon-internal large language models (LLMs) and integrated it with confidential internal crash log pipelines and device knowledge bases. The Color Accuracy Testing Tool was built to run within Amazon’s internal automated QA frameworks and daily test orchestration pipelines. It interfaces with Amazon-only device testing scripts and tools designed for amazon hardware. A secure remote testing tool that leverages Amazon SSM and integrates with Amazon’s internal lab device infrastructure and security systems. Supports remote test execution within Amazon’s secure environments. I also built a performance and memory test framework for the Transfer Manager Daemon (TMD) using Amazon’s internal benchmarking and logging systems. I certified multiple tools, including the KDM System, through internal Amazon Security Review (ASR), meeting Red-tier standards for secure handling of sensitive customer log data. This involved working with Amazon’s internal security, privacy, and regulatory compliance systems.
