I am an Engineering Leader at LinkedIn, where I apply my expertise in developing large-scale financial software systems using modern technologies. I have a Master\'s Degree in Computer Science from State University of New York at Binghamton, and over 16 years of experience in leading technical teams and delivering innovative solutions for various domains.Previously, I was an Engineering Manager at Metromile, where I led a terrific team to scale the current auto insurance offer to all 50 states from current 8 states. My team was responsible for creating a brand new billing system, notifications system, and CI/CD automation. I also led a team of Data Scientists and Engineers to create a fraud detection system to quickly identify insurance frauds. Before that, I was a Sr. Technical Lead/Solution Architect at TIAA, where I designed and developed the Large Scale financial software systems using containers, graph databases, Microservices, self-serve web apps and recently Agentic AI LLM based systems, achieving 20x speed in onboarding new clients onto TIAA\'s modern platforms.    As a Staff Software Engineer at LinkedIn, I led several high-impact projects, such as transitioning to Azure Cloud, overseeing development of multiple gRPC/REST Microservices, and handling streaming and batch data processing at scale with Apache Kafka and Apache Spark. I also integrated Agentic AI workflows leveraging LLM models (ex: OpenAI GPT, Deepseek, LLama) into our team\'s operations using LangGraph and LangChain libraries, contributing to LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS), LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS), and LinkedIn Sales Solutions (LSS) for Support use cases.In addition to my technical contributions, I enjoyed mentoring other Engineering team members, both within and outside my immediate team.
