Creating the vision and blueprint for the Sustainment / Planning COE Org, which will own the Global support & maintenance on complex issues that require deeper investigation and major system modifications Liaison with a host of senior stakeholders, including MDS Supply chain leaders, S4/o9 program leads, Region/ BU MSC leads, etc, to seamlessly deliver the Project goals. Mobilizing the right org and team set-up for the COE org, starting with the identification of the key capabilities/roles required over the duration of the program, with a phased implementation roadmap including a transition plan for existing internal resources that can be deployed as part of the COE org Create a robust training and upskilling plan for each of the team members based on their specific roles Provide estimates of work, status updates, and coordination across the delivery of work to ensure a seamless experience; this includes developing Ways of Working guardrails and governance. The Global Test Lead role includes preparing the Test strategy for ITEST & UAT for the Global project deployment. Leading Test team resources across the globe to ensure smooth and effective testing.
