Planning, Monitoring and control of the daily production activity.• Communicating production status to Management and Customer on regular basis.• Ensuring smooth production of Regular/new products.• Organizing for the Customer Inspection and internal documentation for the dispatch of the finished goods.• Responsible for maintaining free flow of material along the production line.• Preparing Raw material plan on daily basis and responsible for inventory control.• Analyzing back orders, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the productionoperations.• Coordinating with QA and Design departments for Pre and Post Production activities.• Rectifying the bottle-necks related to Machine, Man-power, Packing, Scheduling and dispatches.
