Worked on a number of priority streams within the programme spanning across Payments & Cash Management, Foreign Exchange, Global Trade Receivables Finance, Analytics and Client On-boarding. Some of these streams include – • Business insight alerts to client facing colleagues to help them become more pro-active with clients for e.g. Activity of accounts in past 6 months, Revenue alerts (% increase or decrease in revenue and major drivers), RWA alerts (% increase or decrease in revenue and major drivers);s • Providing real time access for clients on their documentary credits, collections and payments. This strengthens, facilitates and grows relationships with clients and reduce cost of client services; • Help colleagues to navigate the internal systems using and internal desktop assistant; • Application to integrate the information from multiple sources (client static, client contacts from Bloomberg and internal systems, Sales system) in order to allow DCM and ECM clients to access data relevant to their deal in on place. • Tracker giving frontline teams transparency of new and existing client on-boarding and product implementation. As business analyst my key activities include - Reviewing the business case to ensure that client receives the desired system; Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the organization as a whole; Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary; Coordinating with working groups engaged in project work.
