   Leading the Oracle Build Finance portfolio of the Vendor team for a large multinational conglomerate Johnson Controls, involved in HVAC, Fire and Security equipment installation and services and Retail solutions. The organization has a very large footprint of ERPs used for various business units and functions across North America, EMEA, APAC and LATAM regions, which includes number of Oracle on premise (R12 and 11i) and Oracle Cloud environments. Gradually, all the existing on-premise Oracle environments and legacy ERPs used for Procurement and Financials functions are being migrated to Oracle Cloud. Portfolio involves all Build activities in Oracle Finance areas (large, medium and small size projects and enhancements). Closely work with the Sales and Delivery teams on new opportunities and request for proposals. Closely work with Business, Business Relationship Managers, IT PMO and other 3rd parties at all the stages of projects starting from discovery, feasibility analysis, estimations, writing SOWs, requirement analysis, design/solutioning, implementation and hyper care before transitioning over to Application Maintenance and Support (AMS). Develop high level and detail level design and advice team of consultants working both at client site and offshore locations.
