Currently managing and mentoring a team of 30 recruiters-based India, Malaysia, China and Vietnam.(Have managed team up to 130 recruiters).• Developing, implementing, and managing all recruiting, selection, and staffing activities and process. • Leading the recruitment team in developing strategic workforce plans, recruitment and retention strategies to meet the goals.• Coordinating with 20 plus Account Managers / Sales Managers for requirement gathering and for confirmation per day.• Closing 10 to 15 deals per day from team of 30 recruiters.• Contributing as account manager for some prestigious accounts.• Involved in client meetings / requirement briefing calls to • Mentoring the team to understand the requirements and guiding them to source the right candidates. • Reviewing and approving the CV\'s submitted by the team.• Monitoring the performance of the team member’s and identifying the scope of improvement in their skills/knowledge. Providing the trainings to the team based on the analysis.• Reviewing their annual performance and doing the appraisals accordingly.
