   Monitoring & handling financial and related matters of more than 350 branches (franchised and owned) in India. The entire financial entries are made by all the branches through SAP [AX (micro soft] and centrally controlled servers on real time basis.The all India based network is controlled through in house developed ERP and Dashboard for taking and giving real time information and reports.In a year more than students are trained and placed through network. Handling and supervising Income Tax, Sales Tax, Service Tax, Company Law Matters, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, ISO Audit and other statutory compliances for the company as a whole.Heading and handling Legal matters, interacting with the lawyers, advisors, councilors on behalf of the company.Extensive tour program, visiting and monitoring the branches all over India.Heading Internal Audit team of around 30 people who used to visit the branches on a fixed term basis. Interacting with the Audit Head for proper planning of the visits controlling reports and taking action based on the same.Supervision in preparation of financial budget for each branches, Zone and company as a whole. Controlling monthly results with the budget and correcting action on immediate basis. Interacting, planning and handling financial matters with the team handling Govt Project (Ministry of Rural Development, Govt of Gujrat etc)
