Responsible for supervising a big, complicated lab operation, including the quality and quantity of other people\'s work, the correct maintenance of the lab\'s environment, safety protocols, equipment, instruments, and supplies, files, and records. Review and execution of all laboratory testing and maintenance procedures and SOPs.• Updated documentation Maintaining accurate records while controlling statistical and measuring analysis• Method validation: Identifying fresh client needs and devising a technique to broaden the testing\'s purview. Organize a group of employees to develop analysis methodologies, and where necessary, take care of training requirements.• Audits Help ensure the procedures for inspecting suppliers are followed and that internal and external audits are handled for various regulatory authorities:• CAPA: Coordinate the routine testing of products to identify flaws and offer evaluations to make them better. Determine the underlying reason for non-conformances and customer issues, then take appropriate corrective action.• New Scientific Updates and Research Reads technical articles and scientific periodicals to stay current on developments in their field of expertise and allied disciplines of science; adopts new technology when necessary• Maintenance and equipment calibration Adjustments are made, and novel and uncommon issues are resolved while operating, testing, and calibrating analytical instrument.
