Function as the Lead Planner/Planning In charge for CWG JV (Civil Work Group) for Elevated Section of Riyadh Metro Project- Line 3 (consisting of 9 Elevated Stations/3 P & Rs and 1 Depot) Involved in preparing and submitting the Micro level schedule for Elevated Section (Elevated Stations, P & Rs & West Depot) to the Project Control Department for incorporation into P6 master schedule Assess and update the monthly master construction schedule update of Elevated Section Work Package to Project control department. Prepare and submit the detailed 5 week look ahead plans to the client, internal management and Site Teams to Plan, Monitor and Track the project progress Process and present QS, Subcontractor Billing and Client Invoicing including various status reports to the client and the internal management Develop the Bill of Quantities w.r.t drawings for the various Project Components. Raise necessary MRs/PRs/SWO to get the subcontractor and other required resources on board Optimize resource utilization and streamline processes aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and service quality
