About Pankaj Karande
Master\'s Degree in Machine Design (Mechanical Engineering) with 2 years of experience as a Research & Development Engineer. During this period, I have developed a new product named \'High Purity Iron Foil\' and demonstrated its application in Magnetic shielding & transformer cores of Electric motor. Simulation softwares like Ansys APDL, Workbench & Maxwell were used along with design & development of inhouse magnetic testing setup. I am responsible for New Product Development, Process development, Vendor development and persue knowledge of Electrical steel, Magnetic testing, Powder Metallurgy, Cold Rolling, Heat Treatment, Sintering process. I was further promoted as \'Assistant Plant Manager\' for \'Water Atomisation Alloy Powder Manufacturing Plant\' with capacity of 90 MT. I worked from Erection Commissioning of the plant with drafting plant layout in AutoCAD, preparation of documents to seek MPCB Consent approvals. I was also responsible for establishing ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 & lead manufacturing department with a team of 29.
