Working in LOS domain and worked on Salesforce Application-Working on ticketing tool system ServiceNow: Assigning user tickets and working on assigned tickets-Ensuring application is running smoothly during business hours,so there is no business loss-Co-ordinating with different teams like Operation, Credit/Risk, Product, Tvr/Rcu, BCIF, ID Management if they are facing any issues-Follow up and give request,response log file to external teams such as Transunion Cibil, NSDL,Biometric, Finacle, Experian, Enach/Upi team at time of production stuck if all users are facing same issue-For Some issues updating data in salesforce production by co-ordinating with business team and salesforce developers-For repeated issues give weekly issues report to business analyst team for permanent fix-If required giving los application flow training to Sales team as per business requirement-After changes done in production do sanity testing if all functionalities worked or not-If any critical production issue occur then same repeat all scenario in UAT and analysing the issue.
