About Pankaj Ghare

With over 20 years of professional experience in the façade industry, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to some of India’s most iconic building projects, blending engineering precision, aesthetic design, and sustainable innovation.I hold a Master\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering from LTCE, did B.E. from SPCE, and a Diploma from VJTI. I am glad and thankful to all these Institutions for who I am now.I have spent 13 years working with leading organizations such as Larsen & Toubro, Lodha Group, Samsung Construction and Technologies, Alumayer India Pvt. Ltd, and Façade India Testing Inc. These experiences shaped my technical foundation and gave me a deep understanding of façade systems from design and fabrication to installation and maintenance. I have experience working at Lodha-The Park, Jio Exhibition Center, Yes Bank corporate office, Kohinoor, TCS Rajarhat, and many more.In 2018, I founded Landscape Wall Systems, a company built on the belief that façades are not just architectural elements but living systems that enhance building performance and occupant well-being. What began as a consultancy for design and cost estimation has grown into a full-fledged façade solutions provider — delivering design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance services.Our client portfolio now includes Larsen & Toubro, K Raheja Corp, CBRE, MJ Shah Group, Nirlon, and Renesys India Pvt. Ltd. We have also collaborated with a South Korean company to introduce Indoor Air Quality and ESG-focused products, such as Nanofiber Mesh technology, which improves indoor air quality without energy consumption — aligning with the global movement toward sustainable, healthy buildings.Beyond engineering, I am an avid trekker and cyclist, having completed over 100 treks across India and long-distance cycling expeditions in Ladakh and Goa. I’ve authored books on my trekking and cycling experiences, as well as published articles in newspapers and magazines. My blogs cover topics on façade maintenance and diverse subjects in Marathi.
