Here I am working as a Senior Analyst - Incubation & Finance at CIE, Hyderabad. In this role, I am responsible for designing and managing Incubation, Acceleration, and Corporate Programs. I have extensive experience in handling Government (Seeding) Programs such as DST NIDHI EiR, NIDHI PRAYAS, MeitY TIDE 2.0 Grant, TIDE EiR, MietY SAMRIDH iDEX & MSME. I am also well-versed in managing Accelerator Mediatech Programs like Avishkar. My skill set includes developing and implementing new initiatives for Incubation service offerings to entrepreneurs and startups. I excel in delivering projects within timelines, monitoring startup progress, and organizing internal and external events such as Idea Validation Bootcamps, FICCI FLO Bootcamps, Mentor Cafe, and Demo Day. Additionally, I am responsible for managing the Smart City Living Lab\'s day-to-day operations. I provide leadership to startups through documentation, mentoring, and the onboarding process, while also managing the organization\'s finance, PFMS, invoices, and bank processes. I meticulously analyse financial statements, forecasts, and funding requirements of each potential startup to ensure their suitability for the program. Building a mentoring relationship with startups through the mentor pool is an essential aspect of my role. I also actively promote the institution and contribute to shaping its brand image. By providing necessary resources and services, I assist startups and individual entrepreneurs in developing their businesses. Moreover, I have conducted numerous startup mentorship events and startup talks to foster the growth of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Coordinating with executive management, I play a pivotal role in setting up the incubation infrastructure. I provide invaluable assistance to startups in areas such as strategy, business plan development, market analysis, and company registration.
