Passionate about solving challenging problems and building leaders. I have worked in management consulting for the early part of my career and strongly believe in the foundation that consulting builds. I joined Airtel as head of strategy, and it helped me understand the breadth of such of a massive business, while driving key strategic initiatives. Next up, took up the exciting opportunity of being the Sales Head for Delhi - incredibly fulfilling two years which culminated with the national recognition of Chairman\'s Award for the historical business results. Next, headed the PnL for digital music platform (Wynk app) and digital video OTT aggregation platform (Xstream Play app)- launched India\'s first lowest cost all in one OTT plan with Netflix, Jiohotstar, Zee5 and 23 other content players. Currently, heading Haryana circle operations for Airtel\'s mobile and broadband business.
