Identify and allocated resources required for the commissioning including personal, equipment, and materials8) technical oversight: conduct inspection and test to varify that system and components are installed and functiong as intended. Identify and reslove technical issues during the commissioning phase, insuring minimal impact on project timeline.9) performance monitoring: track progress against commissioning schedule and budget idenfying and addressing deviation as necessary.
