An alumni of Sainik School and IHM Chandigarh having experience of working in Taj Exotica Goa and Oberoi Wildflower hall in bakery, western hot, Garde-manger and Middle eastern cuisine. Conducted training sessions for International tractors ltd. Worked on projects involving layout,planning and executing of kitchen/Bakery operations for various restaurants in Leh, Unnati food processing unit at Talwara, CM RISE School,Gulana, CED Bhopal and many more. Working on developing recipes as part of R&D on Millets under International Year of Millets 2023. Underwent exposure training’s at Taj Lake palace BHOPAL in Chinese Kitchen House of Ming, The Great Kebab Factory in Radisson Jalandhar, In Indian kitchen at Sarovar Portico.
