Ensure that all documents and process are understood before attending any inspection call. Presence on time for inspection and inform supplier before one day. Inform co-coordinator or client about Time in and Time Out. Conduct Inspection as per QAP/ Check Sheet or customer’s data. Witness Tests as per QAP / Check Sheet like; HV Test, Water Test, HRT etc Prepare document in form of customer’s requirement. Helping supplier to understand documents and data sheet /check sheet. Suggest client for amendment in process or documents. Review test certificates with standards or check Sheet. Prepare Final reports and issue release note / rejection note. Prepare MOM and Communicate with client before leaving. Submit all report with supporting certificates to coordinator within 24 Hours. Follow with supplier for CAPA report if there is any non conformity.
