Responsibilities:1. Configure and maintain SCCM environments2. Configure & Maintain Intune MDM environment3. Test and evaluate software updates and customization\'s4. Provide 3rd level support for Desktop techs, and other IT Specialists.11. Technology/process evaluation, recommendation, and implementation12. GPO & Custom Windows script creation13. Provide training and mentoring to junior staff14. Participate in 24/7 on call rotationQualification/Skills:1. Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), OS Deployment Pack (MDT Preferred), Patch Management and WSUS2. Device management - Mobile Device (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) experience – Intune and JAMF preferred3. Experience with design, implementation, and support Office 365 modern workplace and applications: Azure AD, Exchange Online, OneDrive, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, etc.4. Experience with O365 advanced security and compliance tools5. Expert level administration and troubleshooting of Windows OS’s including Server OS6. Azure Conditional Access policies7. Azure Application Registration8. Active Directory security and Group Policy Objects9. Networking fundamentals10. Interpreting data from Windows Performance Monitor and Microsoft Network Monitor11. VBScript12. PowerShell scripting – PowerShell App Deploy Toolkit experience preferred13. Adhering to Change Management process14. Strong self-starter with a proven track record of accomplishment15. Documentation of procedures and environment16. Excellent troubleshooting and resolution skills17. Excellent Interpersonal and Customer Service skills
