Actively engaged with existing and potential clients/POCs/SPOCs to identify expectations and requirements to fulfill their daily demands on both Fulltime and contingent workforce staffing needs. • Implementing a career framework which is essential in providing clarity for people regarding their roles, responsibilities, and opportunities for growth. • Involved in compensation analysis, setting up and running “review/appraisal/PIP” meetings, approve the compensation/probation confirmation/retention/termination based on performance & KRA achieved by recruiters/Leads. • Conduct talent assessment sessions and training to identify gaps & build high performance team. • Design/refine team management SOPs and talent acquisition strategies, programs, and growth initiatives. • Centralize disparate systems, align data, and transform processes into scalable solutions.• Delegate roles to Lead/Sr. Recruiter/Recruiter and give clarity on the roles, set an ideal submission time vs each role and discuss on same with the member delegated to. • Dip check with the team on the assigned roles and coverage status. On missing TAT on a requirement, provide client POC with the challenges from ground level; market scoping if needed.• Quality check on all profiles before sharing them to client, hold and vet profiles for any doubts, record the reason for rejection of a profile on submission email, ensure documentation of all requirements, submissions, interviews, follow up with client on submitted profiles in 48-72 hours.• Document follow-ups and check for areas of improvement if there is no substantial traction, take action and keep required communication with client on basis of any red flags. • Upon selection; document “Joining/Delivery Conformation”, approve BGV initiation, Keep a check on delays in paperwork/onboarding process from consultant/employer end.
