Organization Design and Manpower Planning: Interact with the leadership team to develop the relevant organizational design and structure in alignment with the business strategy and develop the manpower plan based on business requirements and manage the complete HR budgeting.•Establish a strong rapport with stakeholders to understand their strategic staffing needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner. Periodic review of the performance of these potential successors.• Analytics: Responsible for Management Reports, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually. • To guide the development of programs and initiatives for employer brand building. Project lead for the successful certification of “Great Place to Work”.• Introduced initiatives of “Internal Job Posting”, “Employee Referral Program”, “Bring a Buddy”, “Management Trainee Program”, “Summer Internship Program”, etc.
