ABOUT PANKAJ AILANI

I am a final year law student currently pursuing B.A LL.B (Hons.) from NMIMS School of Law, Mumbai, excelled in legal writing, research work, and legal drafting. I recently worked as a legal intern in a Jaipur-based law firm and have considerable experience in legal drafting and legal research. I have gained the required expertise to draft legal documents, which are watertight, legally binding, and will keep an individual or his/her company protected from any future legal dispute. My legal research is to the point yet comprehensive, understandable to a layman, and devoid of any complex legal jargon. I am completely dedicated to delivering best-in-class and exceptional legal services to my mentors and seniors within the agreed timelines. Though learning law in India, I\'m conversant with the laws and legal procedures applicable to various jurisdictions in the USA, the UK, Australia, and Canada, especially with matters related to real estate. My strong drafting skills, coupled with the excellent command I have over the English language and an eye for detail, make me a versatile legal enthusiast. I am a hard-working and research legal enthusiast having a keen interest in Commercial, Civil, Criminal Litigation and Dispute Resolution, and Real Estate Laws across the world. I tried my hands at drafting various legal documents in various legal matters ranging from taxation law, civil law, criminal law, real estate law, corporate law, contract law, trademarks, patents, and so on. Moreover, I constantly work on building long-lasting relations with my seniors, mentors, and my future clients.
