Education is the greatest equalizer — and that belief defines my journey.An IIT Bombay alumnus with a Master’s in Financial Engineering from New York, I began my career on Wall Street, working with HSBC, Barclays Capital, BNP Paribas, and IBM across New York, Chicago, and Tokyo. The exposure was invaluable — numbers, models, and markets — yet something was missing: impact.In 2013, I returned to India to build that impact. Skill Maestro is an IIT Bombay alumnus initiative envisaging a holistic approach towards fueling the global ambition of students in Central India. It is the only institute in MP to offer comprehensive classroom preparation programs for tests such as GMAT®, GRE®, SAT®, TOEFL® and IELTS at one place. Only two things stand between the student and the dream of education in USA: standardized tests such as the GRE®, GMAT®, SAT® and TOEFL® and the complex year-long admission process. Our aim is therefore to help students clear these two hurdles and make higher education in America possible for even middle-class and lower-middle-class students. What distinguishes Skill Maestro is the expertise in test preparation. We have defined a narrow syllabus band and promise nothing beyond that syllabus would be asked in the exam. We have formulated an \'Indian\' way of tackling these tests. This has led to our students scoring high scores in the exam within the first attempt and eventually taking up admissions in top universities like UIUC Chicago, University of California Berkeley, Georgia Tech and North Eastern University, Boston.
