ABOUT PANIZ KHAJEH

Experienced in offering architectural and engineering solutions from inspection to completion in a variety of projects. I believe what sets me apart from other candidates for success in this field is my ability to combine my six years of architectural and construction experience with my business administration knowledge to establish design objectives and set milestones to reach the project’s goals. I am a detail-oriented designer with 6 years of expertise in designing, planning, and modelling a wide range of projects using AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D MAX. Moreover, I am passionate about connected technology and how it can be integrated into businesses. Helping companies propose ways to improve a business’s efficiency is my passion. Making advice to managers on making an organization more profitable through reduced costs and increased revenue is fit for me. I organize information about a problem, design a procedure for improvement, recommend new systems and organization changes, and confer with managers to ensure that changes are working. I am a highly focused person on essential goals. This strength is why my colleagues see me as an efficient and self-regulated person. I exert my effort to be a valuable team member. If anyone starts to wander around exploring side avenues, I bring them back to the main path. Moreover, I brainstorm and foster light bulbs to create a new idea. No matter how contrary or bizarre are brainstorms at first glance because I have a strong ability to build a new concept or perspective out of them.
