I am a researcher at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, where I focus on the intersection of the gut microbiome and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). My work is driven by a deep passion for advancing research that directly benefits human health and disease.Originally from Cambodia, I graduated with Honors in Biochemistry from Bowdoin College, where I developed a strong foundation in biomedical research. My long-term goal is to become a physician-scientist, bridging the gap between clinical care and cutting-edge research to improve patient outcomes.I am also deeply interested in scientific communication—translating complex scientific ideas into clear, impactful narratives that can inspire and inform both the scientific community and the public.
