About Pangyang Her

Loving ideas transform into reality, this is where my passion for video evolved. It gives me the most fulfilling feeling to produce a video project from start to finish. When I read a script, my mind visualizes it and I can see the steps needed to be taken to complete the puzzle. My experiences working on set have taught me immensely. Working as a production assistant and picking up coffee taught me what it meant to help bring energy to your crew members on a long day. Casting real talent on a college campus taught me what it means to bring authenticity when connecting with strangers and gaining their trust. Producing a video with a client who is brand new to video has taught me to teach, learn, listen well, and have patience. I currently support over 20 internal teams by proactively producing ideas and turning them into videos that tell stories in 90 seconds or less. During these production stages, I am also learning, educating, and problem-solving daily with new and returning teams. Being able to tell other people\'s stories is what I do for a living. But the best part is I get to meet and interact with these creative and talented individuals while producing video content weekly.
