JOB RESPONCIBILITY To manage the team members activities in Analytical Department (AD). To co-ordinate between Formulation and Analytical laboratories, cross functional team, DQA, QA, IRA, IP, Validation, QC, etc. Allotment and monitoring of day-to-day work to team member. Supervising method development / analysis reporting and validation activities, ANDA filling and deficiency related activities. Serve as mentor to all junior colleagues in the department. Review of analytical data generated with respect to innovator or in-house, developmental and stability analysis. Any other responsibility given by the HOD. Review of drug master file (DMF) Preparation of elemental impurities risk assessment report and Residual solvent assessment report for finished product. Preparation of Method development reports, Method validation/Verification report and protocol, API Method evaluation report and Method equivalency report, Review of Empower audit trials and preparation of Audit trial report. Preparation of SOP for analytical instrument and equipment Literature search for development of analytical methods
