Developing and Checking the Mechanical and Civil Plant Layout for Aggregate Crushing andScreening Industry depending on the client requirement i.e.(50,150,200, 300 or 400 TPH)/2-Stage or3-Stage through generated Flow Chart by Agg. Flow Software.3. Developing the Plant Elevations and Preparing the BOC’S & Conveyor Schedule based on therequired Plant Capacity (TPH)4. BOC’S & Conveyor Schedule Includes selection of Conveyor Belts, Motor, Gear Box along withPulleys at Motor/Gear Box End, Bearing Assembly/Shaft Selection at Drive & Non-Drive Pulleys andSelecting Required number of Idlers.5. Raising the PR for BOC’S immediately through SAP for Conveyors.6. Developing Required Stations for Aggregate Crushing and Screening Plant depending on 2- Stage, 3-Stage requirement as per customer i.e. Steel Bridges, Dump Hopper, Primary, Secondary andTerritory Skids/Stations, Feed Stations and Standalone Skids etc.7. Developing all the Components required for executing Conveyors i.e. Head, Tail & Middle Segment’s,Gantry, Trestles, Screw Take-Up, VGT, Skirt Boards/Hoppers, Drive Frames and Discharge Chutes etc.8. Developing all the Chutes at Screen Stations were ever applicable with required Flap-Gates andproper flow/rock forming. Checking all the Drawing developed by sub-ordinates i.e. Fabrication/GAbefore releasing to Project Dept.9. Creating BOM & Issuing PR/JRM for all the Technological Structural Steel through SAP for In-housePlant or Sub Contractor.10. Checking and Approving Vendor Drawing/Spec for Pulley’s, Idlers and Vibro Feeders etc.…11. Inspecting and Guiding the Sub-Contractor regarding Technological Structural Steel Components.12. Act has the Project Co-ordinator internally in my Dept. and Provide the necessity to Different Dept.(i.e. Project, Purchase & Service Dept.) coordinating to execute the Entire Projects up toCommissioning.
