About Pandit Mami

I am on a mission to bridge opportunity gaps. As the Founder and CEO of NGOYEAA Back to School Foundation, I work with strategic partners to provide transformative educational access to at-risk youths in Sierra Leone. As Editor-in-Chief at the Africa Center for Strategy and Policy, I lead a team of editors who shape thought leadership in Africa’s political and economic landscape and foster evidence-based policy discourse. With my experience in strategic advising and teaching a JanPlan course at Colby College, I mentor and coach students to find opportunities that align with their NorthStar.I bring extensive experience in relationship management, impact measurement, and stakeholder engagement. I have led fundraising initiatives, managed million-dollar partnerships, and designed scalable solutions for equitable access to education, technology, and career opportunities. Extensive experience working in diverse environments, including Sierra Leone, Vietnam, Singapore, the U.S.(Detroit & Milwaukee), and Israel. Recognized as Sierra Leone\'s youth ambassador to One Young World Summit and the Slavery Youth Debate at the British House of Commons, demonstrating a commitment to advocacy and international cooperation.
