   Have been working in the IT industry for past two decades with 17 years of working experience in North American Utilities. For past 7+ years, have been working as a technical architect on Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCB), Meter Data Management (MDM), Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) and Smart Grid Gateway(SGG) systems. Had performed technical advisory role for Oracle Utility clients. Have installed, configured, upgraded, integrated and maintained CCB, MDM, MWM and SGG systems with SOA and OSB. Worked on Configuration Lab and Configuration Migration Assistant, Worked on performance tuning, reports integration and Oracle utility application integration.Having hands on experience with Oracle utilities product integration.Worked as conversion architect and very familiar with CC & B data conversion procedures, conversion tool kit, data mapper and legacy data mapping process. Had Performed technical architect role on Revenue Management and Billing (RMB) system as well. Helped the project team to define ongoing implementation procedures and post implementation procedure on RMB project.Worked on Banner CIS for more than 10 years. Performed developer, designer, business analyst, architect, development team lead, support team lead and offshore team lead roles.
