Engineering Product Manager focused on building effective, reliable cybersecurity solutions for email security.I currently work closely with engineering, design, and partner teams on API, Message Delivery, and Email Detection capabilities for Cisco’s Secure Email Threat Defense (ETD) product, which protects enterprises from phishing, malware, ransomware, and other email threats. As a technical product owner, I focus on translating customer and business needs into clear requirements, supporting teams through execution, and helping deliver reliable, scalable outcomes.My experience includes working with newly created teams, where I enjoy building from the ground up and bringing out the best in people and processes.I am passionate about aligning teams around a clear “why,” connecting purpose to execution, and delivering impactful results.Before moving into product management, I worked as a Cloud Developer at Cisco, contributing to the Cisco Registered Envelope Service (CRES)—an experience that gave me a strong foundation in secure email communication, distributed systems, and cloud-native design.Earlier in my career, I worked with TIAA and Principal Financial Group (USA), designing applications that improved the customer journey across the insurance lifecycle—from enrollment to claims processing. This shaped my approach to product building: combining deep technical understanding with a user-first mindset.
