About Saikat Panda

Saikat Panda began his career in global health research, contributing to projects across India, Bangladesh, South Africa, and Uganda that focused on health equity, community systems, and social development. Through this work, he witnessed firsthand how deeply committed people and organizations were to creating change, yet how often they struggled to access the resources needed to sustain and scale their impact.Over time, Saikat recognized his own strength in mobilizing resources and supporting organizations behind the scenes. This realization led him to transition away from academic research and into roles spanning fundraising, communications, program management, and organizational strategy. He went on to build strong expertise in resource mobilization, raising funds from private foundations, corporations, individual donors, and government agencies. His work has included managing multi-million-dollar portfolios and helping organizations develop sustainable fundraising systems that align strategy, compliance, and impact storytelling.In early 2024, Saikat and his partner relocated to the United States. During this transition, he founded Socialys Evidentia Global Consulting, where he partners with nonprofits and social enterprises to strengthen fundraising, donor management, and impact communications through thoughtful and innovative donor management solutions. He is also leading the development of a new technology platform designed to streamline compliance and support organizations in accessing resources more effectively.
