Meet quarterly and annual targets for DACH region • Generate renewal quotes, including validation, auditing, and management of all aspects of Arcserve maintenance and subscription renewal. • Maintain accurate and timely forecasts on a rolling 120-day basis. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers to ensure their continued satisfaction. • Leverage an understanding of partner and customer success principles, approaches and metrics when working with at-risk partners and customers. • Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, renewal dates and growth opportunities and translate into strategies for success, together with reseller partners and internal sales teams. • Identify opportunities for expanding Arcserve’s business with a customer and transfer the expansion opportunity to the appropriate sales team member and/or reseller partner for follow up and next steps. • Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, technical support, and product, to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Monitoring customer health and identifying potential risks or opportunities for growth.
