Moved by the growing number of people sleeping on the streets of Milton Keynes, the trustees of The Bus Shelter MK decided to act. Formed in January 2017, we purchased a former band bus, equipped to sleep up to 16 people and plan to launch in October 2017. We are urgently seeking a permanent parking space where the bus, a separate bathroom block and dog kennels can be housed. We will then support our residents to help them address the issues which led to their homelessness and help them back into a home, job, health etc.
