I also lead the Firm’s Impact business whose mission is to Power Commerce in the Impact Economy. We do so by supporting enterprises of all kinds that are operating at the intersection money and meaning. Our Impact business provides clients with a complement of strategic and legal services that help grow their competitive advantage with Impact. I serve as lead counsel for large scale mixed-use multifamily and commercial developments and often handle complex ground leases.
