As a Senior Sourcer, I have over 15 years of experience in finding quality candidates for Fortune 500 companies and start-ups across various industries, such as Aerospace, Aviation, Engineering, Manufacturing, Media/Entertainment, Executive Search, Consumer Products, Technology and Cyber Security.My core competencies include developing research and sourcing strategies, using advanced Boolean, Xray, social media, AI, data collection, market intelligence, and talent mapping techniques, building talent pipelines with customized lists of qualified candidates, conducting outreach and candidate engagement campaigns with high response rates, evaluating resumes and interviewing candidates to determine basic qualifications, and performing off the grid sourcing for highly specialized and hard to find candidates.
