Establish milestones and monitor adherence to schedules, trade studies, identifying problems and develop solutions. Act as the primary customer contact and trusted advisor for program activities, leading program reviews internally and with customer to discuss budget, schedule, and performance. Develop new business and look for opportunities to expand the product line with the customer.
