CRM365 Solutions is an independent consultancy providing training and consultancy services across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. We are experienced in delivering all of these services remotely and have revised and redesigned training courses for remote delivery using Microsoft Teams.As a Training Consultant I am responsible for the design and delivery of training across Dynamics 365 CE and associated applications to meet specific client requirements.As a consequence of the Corona virus, the transformation project I was working on at the time had to rapidly deploy Microsoft Teams internally. My role involved preparing a large number of the training documents required and working with other team members to deliver the training via Teams to several hundred users. With experience of Dynamics since 2012 I also bring best practise and real-life examples to the training, as well as customising the training to meet the specific implantation.I have also completed a number of training courses and certifications and have been a Microsoft Certified Trainer since 2020.I am also experienced in creating eLearning materials using Articulate 360 (including Storyline). CRM365 Solutions are also able to host this for our customers using Reach360.
