Maintain the network by availability of 4G & 5G network elements in Jio centers. Analyze network availability gap and take actions. Conduct drive test and on the basis of analysis, create the action plan. Ascertain timely delivery of material at sites. Check key network performance indicators and take corrective measures. Conduct acceptance tests and quality audits on regular basis. Lead and supervise field engineers to ensure desired productivity. Identify vulnerable operational fiber routes. Ensure data accuracy and synchronization across all systems / tools. Coordinate with vendors for timely deployment of network elements. Carry out periodic site surveys for new sites and capacity expansion. Alarm closure for network elements by coordinating with relevant stakeholders. Coordinate with maintenance points and field repair technicians to ensure network up-time. Validate & ensure timely closure of open actions against trouble tickets received from Network Operations Center. Release Fiber-to-the-Home desktop plan and carry out joint field survey to verify route, equipment and structure. Traffic Imbalance analysis on day-to-day basis and resolving the problems by taking necessary actions on it. Performed Technical Site Survey and Prepare a report and also Site Visit at Nominal/Candidates location to choose the best option based on Simulation coverage. Pre-and Post-Launch Site Optimization based on Neighbor Auditing including Tilt and Azimuth implementation based on Google Earth, Coverage Plots KPI analysis on daily basis - remedial action for poor KPI cells (SD Block, SD Drop,TCH Block, TCH Drop, TASR & HOSR) & zero cells. Parameter audit and ND report verification
