Working for one of the UKs largest insurance brokers, leading an Azure environment deployment, supporting large-scale office relocations, and managing IT transitions for mergers and acquisitions programme coordinating cross-functional teams and third-party providers to ensure seamless data migration, system upgrades, and network refreshes. Successfully migrated two independent insurance brokers, RK Henshall and Hoxton into the Everywhen IT model as part of Mergers and Acquisition programme ensuring that email, domains, telephony and data were migrated allowing the business to operate from Day One of go-live, including a Hyper Care phase.Assisted the Core Systems Team in the migration of six broker’s Policy Administration System (PAS) migrations by liaising with brokers and a third-party infrastructure partner to migrate data using an Azure storage solution, ensuring data could be migrated securely and reformatting aligned with new PAS, Acturis. Managed delivery of a new Azure infrastructure environments as part of the Technical Re-Architecture Program including new Virtual Machines and network connectivity between front and back-end SaaS platforms, Mendix and Oly, ensuring access for DevOps Teams, on time ready for milestone go live dates and testing phases.Supported over 20 office relocations including network and end user equipment and alignment of resources to ensure new office locations were opened on time with no impact to the business.Supported multiple BAU projects, including OGI product upgrades on server and client side and payment provider suppler transition from Monek to Global Payments and technical rebrand project.Delivered a LAN refresh project for 50 office locations in a six-months to negate incumbent provider management fees, saving the organisation 120k on going costs.
