Managing, nurturing and growing multiple teams across our different product areas. Managed our Android Emulators and iOS Simulators and our Desktop cloud teams, helping them maintain a cloud of devices and virtual machines running multiple OS and browsers in our own infrastructure. Currently managing our DevX and Visual Testing teams, both of which are fairly new teams which I helped build mostly from the ground up, with a focus on culture, collaboration, growth and ownership.
