My process: 1) Create a business plan for your book. 2) Develop the editorial concept and transformation you\'ll take readers through. 3) Plan out the content for your book, your launch, and your lead gen funnel. 4) Create a super-detailed outline, then vet it with beta readers. 5) You speak out the first draft of your book. 6) Manuscript development through 3-4 heavy rewrites, and another round of beta readers. 7) Publishing prep, including a cover, copyediting, proofreading, and typesetting. Your book will be published as a paperback, hardcover, ebook, and an audio book. 8) Set up your book on Amazon with guaranteed bestseller status. 9) Create all the content you\'ll need for pre-launch, plus help you with the launch party. 10) Help you recruit and support your launch team. 11) Set you up to direct sell your book on your website. Plus other optional ongoing lead generation, content repurposing, and book marketing services.
