As an attorney, I resolve business disputes for clients through strategic thinking, advocacy and litigation. My expertise is focused on representing companies, officers, and directors in shareholder and investor litigation, investigations, fiduciary duty claims, breach of contract, fraud, consumer and trade secret claims and class actions. I co-chair our firm\'s securities litigation practice and serve on our firm\'s pro bono, diversity and professional liability committees.
