Leading efforts to promote effective practices that yield increased student outcomes through school improvement initiatives, I develop improvement solutions and training program modules, targeting schools across the US. I work extensively with content specialists in the National College to create the most effective internal and client-facing training tools as part of Pearson’s Schoolwide Improvement Model (SIM). I also partner with project managers to develop data tracking metrics for performance evaluation.In addition to training Pearson consultants in proper execution of the SIM processes, I collaborate with our marketing and sales staff as well, leading virtual and on-site training classes to drive sales revenues. I develop proposals and RFP responses and prepare training resources for district/school administrative staff, coaches, and teachers in areas including leadership, school culture and climate/engagement, data analysis and use, standards-based instruction, and extended offerings that provide structures that enhance the SIOP model.
