I am an Advanced Certified Professional Coach, Leadership Development Consultant, and Master Facilitator. I am Client-Centered, Goal-Orientated, Strength-Based and Solution-Focused!I partner with purpose-driven women and mission-driven teams to unlock their leadership potential. Using research-based tools, like positive psychology and DISC, I show them how to leverage their strengths to experience the level of success they truly desire. When ambition meets fear, we sometimes react by overusing our strengths or shrink from pursuing our goals. This can cause women in leadership to develop a superwoman mindset, feeling like they have to prove their worth by sacrificing their dreams. Through coaching, these women and teams are able to turn their big dreams into bold realities and fully embrace their true vision of success. That is why I am committed to helping women feel valued for their contributions, confident in their abilities, and empowered by their choices. I became superwoman’s coach after confronting my own fears, fear of failure and fear of success. I developed a superwoman mindset while serving over 20 years in the United States Air Force as a strategic planner, military instructor, Master Resilience Trainer, and volunteer Sexual Assault Victim Advocate. After retiring from the military, I extended my leadership skills as the regional director of a national nonprofit. I spent decades helping senior leaders build trust, strengthen relationships, foster resilience and cultivate collaboration within their teams.Beyond my professional accomplishments, I am also an Iraq veteran, cold-case sexual assault survivor, and stage 3 triple-negative breast cancer survivor. After ringing the cancer-free bell, I started seeing my inner super-woman differently. I realized how she was hindering me rather than helping me. I believe in the power of perseverance, but I also know that it takes more than strength to achieve our goals. At my core, I am still superwoman and I practice what I teach, not perfectly but purposefully. Everyday, I show super women how to overcome their fears and fully embrace their vision of success with simple, optimistic, and achievable results!
