ABOUT PAMELA HOLLETT

Pamela Hollett is Vice President, Corporate Services for Vision33 and oversees Human Resources, Finance, IT, Legal and Administration. Vision33 provides strategic direction and shared support services for its four (4) distinct companies. During her eighteen years with Vision33, Pamela has been instrumental in ensuring the company builds and maintains a high performing culture that continuously supports its growth plan. She is directly responsible for a wide range of activities, including planning and performance management, capital management, strategic acquisitions, and overall operations management for nearly twenty offices throughout North America. Pam’s unique balance of expertise in running the core business and providing leadership for support service delivery across all business lines demonstrates her enthusiasm for the contribution that strategic human resources and organizational development can have on servicing the end customer, enriching the lives of employees, and increasing enterprise value. Prior to Vision33, Pamela held Human Resources Management positions with a range of industry leading organizations, including Rogers Communications, McCain Foods and M5 Communications. With more than 25 years of progressive HR and corporate management responsibilities, Pam also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
